Harmony Area Historical Society

A group of interested citizens, interested in preserving Harmony’s history, got together in 1999 to consider forming a local historical society. A significant contribution from a local business dissolution was directed to this activity. The Harmony Area Historical Society (HAHS) was formed in 2000 and is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation in the State of Minnesota.

The Harmony Area Historical Society is committed to the collection, preservation, dissemination and interpretation of knowledge about the history of the Harmony Area and its unique geology.

HAHS business is conducted by an elected board of trustees.
